Passionate About Mental Health and Wellbeing

Hi, I’m Alison,

I’ve spent my career helping people through life’s messy, tender, and often overwhelming moments — from emotional struggles to parenting challenges and everything in between. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone simply has space to feel heard and supported.

Walk and Wonder grew from that belief — and from my love of nature, movement, and quiet connection.

I offer 1:1 coaching sessions in Victoria Park, East London, where we walk side-by-side and talk about whatever’s on your mind. There’s no rush, no pressure, and no need to “have it all figured out.” Just time and space for you.

I bring a deep well of experience, empathy, and therapeutic understanding to every session. My work is grounded in emotional wellbeing, relational support, and a calm, compassionate presence.

I support adults who are navigating stress, burnout, self-doubt, or simply feeling lost — and I also offer dedicated support for parents who’ve lost touch with themselves while holding it all together for others. As a certified Play Therapist, I know the challenges faced.
